Orders
In order to guarantee the utmost freshness of our products, our flowers are delivered within 24 hours of the order, bringing you arrangements mere hours after they're created. However, we will always do our best to help you should something unexpected arise.

Flower Pick-Up or Delivery
For the flower shop, we deliver within a 10 mile radius of West Hollywood (Zip Code 90046). The delivery fee is determined by your location. You are always welcome to pick up your arrangement in West Hollywood.

Gift Shop Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING in the US for the gift shop. We will ship within 7-10 business days after order is processed. Call to arrange expedited shipping for $50. 

Delivery Time Requests
We will arrange to accommodate a delivery time as per your request, however we CANNOT GUARANTEE an exact time of delivery, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic and rush hour deliveries. Holiday, rush orders, and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays, please allow some flexibility or extra advanced time to ensure delivery on schedule.

Recipient Not Present at Time of Delivery
If a recipient is not available to receive the delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place in front of the house or with the housing unit's front desk.

Custom Orders
We love custom orders. Send us your order through the contact page, and we'll craft a beautiful arrangement to fit your needs! 

Arrangement Care

  • Always keep your vase filled to the top with fresh, clean water. 

  • Gently remove any fading blooms or leaves. 

  • Some flowers are longer-lasting than others, always keep your arrangement away from heating or radiators. Flowers prefer cool places and indirect sun.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

Currency
We only accept payments in US Dollars. 

Sales Taxes
All buyers from within the U.S. are subject to respective state sales taxes. 

Minimum Order
The minimum order for delivery is 150.00 plus tax and delivery fee.

Flower Shop Returns
Flowers and/or plants that are deemed unsatisfactory may be EXCHANGED within 24 HOURS of delivery for any PLANT and/or FLOWER of equal or lesser value.

Cancellation
Cancellation is required 12 hours prior to shipping of orders. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if items have been shipped. No Refunds. Store credit only. 

Gift Shop Returns
No returns or damaged merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) issued by our Customer Service Department first. All returns for reasons other than shipping damage or manufacturer defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges both ways. All merchandise must be returned in original condition for credit.

Gift Shop Reconsigned or Refused Shipments
The customer is responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges on reconsigned shipments. All refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways.

Gift Shop Item Damages
If a shipment arrives with any obvious damage, you are entitled to refuse the damaged portion of the shipment, and you must note the delivery receipt (BOL) exactly what the damage is or boxes missing to be considered for approval. All concealed damages must be reported within FIVE business days, or the claim will be denied. Please complete the Damage Claim Form and submit with images to customerservice@globalviews.com any shortages must also be noted on the delivery receipt (BOL) and reported to Global Views.
